Oversee all aspects of administration, enhancement and support for dynamic Website providing customers with online access to bank accounts and banking information. Deliver adept guidance, coaching and training to top-notch team of Website administrators. Liaise daily with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to plan, coordinate and present on joint initiatives. Partner with and negotiate services of outside design / development agencies and vendors. Plan and allocate annual budgets of up to $800K. Generate and update quarterly compliance reports. Secure and retain customers through effective marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) techniques.
