Daily Duties at Computers Unlimited:
Provide leadership and coaching to a cross-functional team, with oversight of hiring and employment termination. Oversee customer service and serve as central point of contact for escalations, product implementation, and training. Manage product development from concept to project development to customer implementation and training.
