Daily Duties at Uic Hospital:

 Communicate to patients or family members on dialysis equipment - I explain to the patient or family how the equipment helps them  Ensure machine is properly working – I test machine before each patient  Record treatment information – I keep up with how the patient in doing before, doing and after each treatment  Monitor patient’s vital signs & reaction – I document how the patient is doing while on the machine  Do monthly and weekly lab draws – I draw blood to help inform doctor of how to best help the patient
