• Reviewed development plans and negotiated with architects, developers, municipalities, property management companies and homeowners to design, inventory and coordinate the timely installation of and follow up on both overhead and underground electrical distribution facility extensions and modifications for subdivisions, condominiums, commercial buildings and single family residences. • Estimated labor/material costs and projected revenue from applicable tariffs. • Provided alternative designs with cost estimates for customer contribution amounts when warranted. • Determined metering type needed and placed orders with Metering department. • Prepared, secured execution of and notarized legal easements for extension of distribution facilities. • Lead productivity during peak growth period. • Reduced district load management database errors 73% on special project. • Fixed problems in poorly managed areas. • QI team leader. • Spoke as company representative in community information program.
