• Liaised with facility managers, directors at properties and at corporate levels regarding current facility and equipment maintenance performance and opportunities for improvement. • Participated in strategic partnership planning and initiatives. • Developed and maintained various customized portfolio reports for corporate clients across various CMMS platforms including data consolidation from multiple platforms. • Authored and edited technical and proposal documents for new and existing offerings. • Proposed, created, installed, trained and maintained CMMS databases for paper based (VAX), Windows based and web based platforms for stand-alone and portfolio clients in the hospitality and commercial property management markets in U.S. and abroad. • Gathered equipment (HVAC, refrigeration, life safety, kitchen, laundry, health club, miscellaneous), facility and resource/user data (both on and off-site). • Provided ongoing support for stand-alone and portfolio clients. • Modified existing databases and master databases with customized equipment and facility tasking as needed. • Coordinated Blackberry and other handheld device orders and installed proprietary software on devices for use with CMMS systems. Provided support for devices as well. • Submitted ideas for system enhancements and bugs. • Tested new product releases. • Supplemented Engineering department when needed. • Represented company on Habitat for Humanity projects.
