Daily Duties at Orkin Pest Control:
Completed the extensive Branch Manager training program which will allowed me to operate a commercial and residential pest and termite control branch which serves a diverse geographical market. The Orkin branch manager is responsible for total operations of the branch including: budgeting, P&L management, expense management, proposal drafting and submittal, managing a multi-level staff, including recruiting, hiring, coaching and counseling, fleet management and logistics management. Successfully completed courses include- National Driver Safety Program, Texas A&M Pest Control Program, Orkin Termite Control, Orkin Pest Control, Fundamentals of Management. Orkin's training program is one of the most highly respected in the industry and is the only one that consistently makes the TOP 100 Training Company listing in the United States.
