Obtained approval from the jetBlue Change Advisory Board and updated their internal change management system, Remedy; also updated information to Total View, a Verizon internal change management system. > Represented Program Management Office (PMO) on the daily Committee Advisory Board (CAB) and ensured all approvals were received. Supported all after hours & weekend change activities. > Migrated the reservation platform to Sabre Sonic’s Customer Service System (CSS) – a system of more than 100 computer applications containing millions of customer reservations. > Over 200 changes completed on time representing 98% of changes that were part of the contract. Consultant Project/Program Management – Allstate - Retaining Base Revenue $8M +Increase 2 year contract Project: conversion of Allstate’s Agents from Allstate supported to Agent supported > Converted 13K agents from Allstate infrastructure to agents own technology. Managed all PMO escalations that were not addressed by normal escalation channels as provided to the Allstate agent. Completed 2 months ahead of schedule. Retained $2.5 M in revenue. > Rolled out and trained the Highlands Ranch/San Antonio group to handle the billing disputes for the Agent Choice Technology program. Contributed to trouble ticket resolution from 5.7 days > 1 day. > Earned a Management High Achievement award (Ovation Level) MCI CORP., Miami, FL 2/2000-12/2004 Consultant Project/Program Management – Bright House Network - $5M - 3 year contract Project: conversion of Voice and Data network to Managed Service network > Documented the change management process and the day-to-day operations processes. Served as point of contact within PMO for issues relating to the change management and day-to-day operations. Supported the Time Warner Cable program. WORLDCOM, Piscataway, NJ 11/1997 - 1/1999 Consultant Project/Program Management – Dow Chemical - $4M 2 year contract Project: conversion of Dow Voice and Data network to WorldCom Managed Service program > Documented the change management process and the day-to-day operations processes. Served as point of contact within PMO for issues relating to the change management and day-to-day operations. > Traveled weekly from NJ to Michigan for 6 months. Obtained information about network, took pictures and performed complete due diligence. > Successfully delivered a complete due diligence and collaborated with Dow Chemical to also deliver a transition plan and a change management process. > Earned a Management High Achievement award (Ovation Level) MCI INTERNATIONAL, Piscataway, NJ 7/1994 - 10/1997 Consultant Project/Program Management – Bechtel 9.2 meter Earth station $3M - 2 year contract Project: conversion of their Voice and Data network to our Managed Service program > Managed installation of a 9.2 meter earth station in India. Bechtel and MCI had contracted this earth station, but never checked with the Indian government, where it was not legal for a private company to own an earth station. Negotiated a contract with the President of VSNL, and was able to sell the earth station to VSNL for negotiated price. VSNL leased the earth station back to MCI, who leased it to Bechtel. > Resolved issues with Indian government for the earth station within 2 days, $250K under budget, and 3 months ahead of schedule. > Earned Engineer of the Year Award. Consultant Project/Program Management – JP Morgan $5M - 3 year contract Project: conversion of Voice and Data network to Managed Service program Documented change management process for voice network. Processed 3245 “A” changes which were minor & non impacting changes and 1878 “B” Changes which were more complex, multiple voice circuits implementations; established “Hot” phones for their Money exchange department. > Earned the President’s Award.
