I owned 12 Chem-Dry Franchise from San Jose, Ca to Reno Nevada. My responsibility was to run, manage a Carpet cleaning business. I was in charge of the marketing, accounting, ordering and training all my technicians. Start off with company meeting in the morning; assign all technicians the jobs for the day. After everyone was loaded I would train new technician at the shop and take them out on site and teach them at customer homes. Afternoon I would visit commercial accounts and sign them up.
