Daily Duties at Adm:
Managed up to 20 people, responsible for hiring/firing, promoting. Also was an analyst in the grain and livestock markets. I would talk with all of our customers and give them insight into the driving forces of the markets and also recommend hedging strategies using futures and options for grain and livestock producers.
