Daily Duties at @Home Realty Network:

I start my day by looking at the previous day's market activity. This is usually on a "hot sheet" report. I look for what sold, new listings, price changes and other activity in their market. I work with a number of buyers, all with different property requirements, is normal for a real estate buyer agent. It’s critically important that I know the current status of the market and what properties are coming on, going off and changing prices. I have to make sure I am giving my internet inquiries top priority, so I don’t losing future business. I spend hours of work, commission income and frustration level are all highly dependent on this activity. I help buyers to understand the process, from viewing the home through the negotiations to a contract. I also was a listing agent, I would check the check the recent MLS activity report or hot sheet. With their listing clients counting on their market knowledge and guidance, knowing about recent price changes, sales or new listings is a must. When given the opportunity to discuss listing seller prospects' homes, I would prepared and present a professional and competent appearance. Helping my clients with contracts, negotiations, inspections, and closing processes. I had to keep up with education to keep up with laws and the market.
