Daily Duties at Dan White & Son Construction Llc.:

I was required to prepare daily construction logs for ongoing projects, Field supervisor for building out small commercial and residential projects. As the owner I had to prepare budgets and cost breakouts for subject appraisal and approval process. I coordinate filed activities with design changes and internal scheduling. I been in charge of site work for subdivision build outs, prepared budget and cost breakouts for planning board review. I met with inspectors on site to keep development process proactive. I had to survey the crew training and scheduling . Some time I had to fill in for crew chief to run the project. I also marketed, estimated and contract the projects.
