In addition to my extensive knowledge and experience in new construction and renovation management, I also possess well-developed business skills, and am able to serve as primary contact to clients throughout all project phases. I have the ability to determine needs, prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, cost estimates, and negotiate with clients, vendors, and contractors.
