Daily Duties at Manni's Music Group:
• I have established a sales and marketing firm covering the Mid Atlantic region of the US consisting of eight states that collectively generate one third of the industries revenue, bringing to market a complete portfolio of related products by securing the exclusive sales and marketing rights to thirty of this industries most influential and innovative manufacturers. • I Developed and Managed an account base in the Mid Atlantic US Region. • I designed marketing plans, sales tools and materials that escalated the sales of these product lines in new and existing accounts throughout the targeted sales region. • I plan and execute Clinics, Product Trainings and sales and marketing seminars to better promote our lines over competitive lines offered in the market. • I develop materials, programs and pricing of new products to be launched in the US market. • I have implemented an accountability structure for both the company and our dealer base to ensure that we would reach our specific goals and forecasts including the development and coordination of all sales activities, executed sales initiatives and maximized our resources to ensure that sales objectives were achieved and exceeded in respect to the companies plans and goals
