- Directed 12 person mission support staff, cross-disciplinary inspectors (IT, Human Resources, Fire Dept, & etc.), during Unit Compliance Inspections (UCI) ensuring organizations, spanning the entire continental US, complied with Department of Defense, Air Force policies, regulations, and Federal/State Bi-Laws

- Provided timely and accurate Capital Investment Reports to Chief Information Officer and senior management Pentagon staff for Senate Armed Services Committee and House Armed Services Committee Budgetary Hearings

- Directed 24x7 network operations/support and contractor staff of 50 for a $15 million network, supporting 2,300 local users and over 60 AF functional application systems worldwide

- Coordinated Server Consolidation that drastically reduced hardware, software, and manpower costs - cost avoidance and increased productivity yielded an immediate $3 million ROI after one full year; and implemented an Storage Area Network architecture $2.2M solution

- Managed contingency classified/unclassified network, government and outsourced staff of 30, and maintained help desk for 300 distributed users; with an unlimited operating budget to support Operation Enduring Freedom

- Spearheaded reorganization effort to achieve the most contiguous equitable distribution for program personnel and equipment that eliminated office/cubicle expenditures; plan saved organization over $100K in upgrade costs

- Leveraged Systems Engineering Process, Software Lifecycle Development, Global Procedures for the Air Force's enterprise corporate portal

- Administered PVCS Pro to track, manage, audit, document, and establish the first developmental AF Portal baseline for an on-time scheduled software release to the operational AF with over 700,000 users worldwide

- Coordinated systems engineering, integration analysis, and sustainment for telecommunications, missile warning, space surveillance, and computer defense systems: Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment 24x7 network

- Led Y2K base-wide program (with units around the world) that ensured no mission failure impact occurred to the global missile warning and space surveillance/control mission (spanning 37 countries) during millennium rollover
