Daily Duties at Monster:
Team leader supporting external marketing teams of over 180 newspaper partners, developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns, recruitment initiatives, and sales tools. • Managed on boarding launch processes: tracked partnership co branding, creative, copywriting, online and offline media, proofreading, and timelines. • Supported partnership recruitment events and B2B/B2C local events. • Managed budget tracking of $7.5M yearly; recorded budget expenditures and tracked monthly budget figures, reporting to finance and director of marketing. • Performed ongoing customer/market research and demographic profiling to identify and capitalize on unmet market needs ahead of the curve. • Produced media kit that demonstrated key marketing analytics and demographics for use in sales presentations. Efforts were credited as instrumental in closing numerous high-level deals. • Managed external vendor relationships; researched, negotiated, and purchased print collateral and promotional items. • Leveraged strengths in cost-effective marketing management and vendor negotiations to end each year within 1% of forecasted budget. • Developed and launched integrated, multi-channel/multi-user On-Demand Catalog to support partners’ cobranded campaigns, which in return produced a savings of over $200,000/quarterly to the budget.
