Daily Duties at Excel Importing:

Managed daily and nightly procedures on the technology service desk(job included 24/7 responsibilities). Supported all custom software and OS/400 resident applications on the IBM AS/400, providing strong one-to-one support for all users, together with PC applications mentioned earlier. Set up all EDI applications on the AS/400. Mapping of documents and ensured proper send and receive communications. Accountable for all new equipment purchases and licensing compliance issues. Desk top roll outs and maintained all user accounts.
