Daily Duties at 1 Helicopter Squadron:
•Provide direct administrative support to the commander, executive officer and 91 unit members •Supervise daily operations of the support staff and CSA office; ensure unit programs meet AF standards •Project Manager, designed command and control center, bathrooms, flight planning area, made Director of Operations office secure for classified discussions and 2 briefing rooms; also designed secure room and submitted/updated C&A documentation for VTC, TACLANE and other secure devices •OPSEC manager, advise commanders on procedures, Outline used as Andrews AFB template •Oversee unit COMSEC program; inventory, train, and issue COMSEC; Seven “Outstanding” inspections •Prepares and processes IS requirements in support of mission; isolate faults, determine causes and provides service coordination to assist in the operation, restoration and configuration of unit IS •Manage 8 radio operators 4 personnel in Commander’s Support office; both under manned but excelled
