Daily Duties at Golden Living West Shore:
Managed a caseload of at least 100 residents daily. In addition coordinated podiatry, psychology, dental, and eye services for entire census which normally ran around 210. Was responsible for Family Council. Was also responsible for training new employees on Residents Rights, Abuse, Respect. Wrote careplans for residents. Dealt with families who had issues with the facility. Worked with the Administrator to help prepare for Department of Health's annual survey. Worked with insurance companies to ensure coverage for residents. Was responsible for discharge planning. Met with families on regular basis to discuss treatment of residents. Met daily with interdisciplinary team to receive updates on all residents. Worked with Area Agency on Aging when discharging residents.
