- Built a local ISP in North Alabama servicing dialup, broadband, and dedicated customers. - Sold, implemented and repaired various Dell, IBM, and HP desktops, laptops, and servers. - Performed various network consulting tasks such as: LAN and WAN design and installation, security assessments, network management, off site data backups, and general network administration. - Performed full turn key solutions to include pre-assessment, hardware and bandwidth sales, training, and continuing support after the sale to ensure that my customers where not just investing in technology but putting technology to work for them. - Managed multiple Cisco routers, Switches, Access Servers, PIX firewalls, and Cache Engines. - Managed multiple Windows and Solar servers performing email, hosting, DNS, and authentication services. - Performed end user support services for broadband, dialup, and dedicated customers. - Supervised 9 employees in two different locations.
