Daily Duties at Independant Consultant:

As an Independent Contractor for Loyalty Matrix, I implemented Customer Loyalty Software solutions, both 3rd party and custom, for customers such as Apple, iDine, and Retail Reward Network. My team defined loyalty program needs and the software functionality necessary to support those needs including vendor selection through implementation. As a consultant for Vitech Systems, I developed and deployed the organizational structure and methodology for implementation services in the West; Oversaw programs for the consulting arm that provided software solutions and professional services to Public Sector and Taft-Hartley organizations; Instituted and administered the program management office to support and manage 5 concurrent enterprise implementation projects; and Interfaced with clients for relationship and business development and customer management. At Delegata, I was an Independent Contractor overseeing programs that provided software solutions and professional services to Sate Agencies. I managed teams of up to 25 staff members for the development of B2B, B2C and EIP e-Business strategies for one of the world’s largest healthcare and pension management organizations.
