Daily Duties at Client Logic, Inc:
- Designed and implemented secure voice and data infrastructure for over 290 global call centers and 7 global data centers providing call center and financial services operations. - Handled IT project management and engineering for Client Logic’s rapid growth from about 300 to over 4000 production stations in multiple locations in the Philippines within a seven-month period. - Handled project management and implementation for data and voice-over technologies between ClientLogic and its fortune 500 and 1000 clients. - Monitored and supported various Cisco, Juniper, NetScreen, Nortel, and RAD COM devices in support of Client Logic’s global network. - Served as engineering liaison between both internal and external clients at the middle and upper management levels.
