Daily Duties at Lmi Aerospace, Inc.:
Provided Customer Service Support to a variety of internal and external customers. Contributed to the department's success in several ways: - Improved department's compliance with WI procedures by regularly creating and auditing the WI records. - Prepared quarterly PowerPoint presentations for the department that are well received by the rest of the company. - Known in the company for ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining an emphasis on quality and customer service. - Trained and Cross-trained several members of the customer service department. - Consistently maintained a professional image and the integrity of the department. - Acted as the liaison between engineering, manufacturing, document control, purchasing and shipping departments. - Acted as the liaison between manufacturing and the customer. - Evaluated Production Control procedures and ensured lean manufacturing is being applied. - Assisted in the planning process and coordinated needed documents with the customer. - Created Access databases for various customers to closely track specific customer requirements.
