Daily Duties at Lmi Aerospace, Inc.:

Supervise CSR's and other team positions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities included the following: - Acted as a liaison between Corporate and the work center when problems arose. Provided the resources to resolve an issue when a CSR could not do it alone. Assisted Program Management in areas of contracts and customer issues as they related to the plant. - Acted as a key resource to the GM for feedback on our performance in the customer's eyes. This would be both in their metrics and personal opinions of their representatives. - Provided strong leadership to the team. Set communication and behavioral standard for interaction with customers, co-workers, and team mates by demonstrating desired behavior through personal actions. - Managed the team to achieve greater efficiency and productivity to meet the company's operational and financial goals through the use of Lean principles and techniques. Developed the team as a highly effective self managed work team, motivating them towards a higher level of involvement, understanding, and ownership in their roles. Supported all training needs of team members. - Assumed personal responsibility for work center's performance along with the entire plant. - Actively participated in Management Team meetings and the day to day operations of the business. Worked closely with the direct Supervisor to achieve optimal operational efficiency.
