Closed PLM software sales with large accounts. Targeted a broad market, meeting sophisticated business needs for customers that included Fortune 500s, and emerging businesses. Interfaced directly with top-level executives, negotiated contracts, and coordinated implementation. Presented product information and demonstrations. Conducted value assessments in order to generate ROIs. Required heavy focus on VP and C level communications. Managed accounts and orchestrated post sale professional services and resources. Defined customer business requirements, and customized the Arena solution to meet these needs. Requirements included material composition declarations, cost analysis, quality management, SOPs/SOEs, and system integrations.
