Daily Duties at Vid Tech Audio Visual:
Represented VidTech, Inc by performing contractual obligations that provides in-house AV Services in accordance to hotel policies & procedures of servicing their guests. Coordinated AV set-up requirements with hotel banquet departments and staff by attending weekly BEO meetings. Management of personnel and overseeing departmental operation budgets. Maintaining audiovisual equipment AV support and guest relations. Responsible to meet the hotel’s guest budget by providing their audio visual requirements. Performed the setup, technical operation, and the removal of audiovisual equipment. Responsible for the sub contracting and sub rental of any additional labor or equipment. Performed the duties of show or event producer, coordinator, or director. Expanded my experience in the assembly of staging and lighting apparatus for large-scale shows and seminars.
