• Ran credit reports • Due diligence for commercial real estate closing transactions by conducting internet research, determined loan to value percentage, compared legal descriptions, compared site surveys, compared tax maps, reviewed and gathered documents • Drafted various closing real estate agreements and tenant notices • Searched databases for tax, mortgage, business and deed information • Reviewed organizational documents and vendor agreements with both businesses and individuals for any language which hindered our real estate transaction • Provided contract interpretation • Ordered, tracked, reviewed, troubleshoot and/or revised property title reports and real estate closing documents • Created spreadsheet to monitor transactions
