In my role as controller, I was a member of Senior Staff and managed seven employees in the Accounting Department. My main responsibilities included cash management, debt management, monthly financial statement reporting, annual budgeting, annual audit preparation, and organizing and overseeing the annual physical inventory. I developed and updated policies & procedures and worked closely with the Information Systems Department improving software applications and developing various reports.
