Daily Duties at Imer:
Assessing educational material by collecting and analyzing survey retrieved from oncologists to plan future activities. Planning future programs based on oncology nurses’ and physicians’ educational gaps. Implementing and coordinating programs by working with different departments to meet timelines. Evaluating program content by ensuring scientific accuracy of CME and CE material being presented to oncology nurses and physicians. Updating program content with latest oncology guidelines prior to information dissemination Performing clinical review of all educational material to ensure that content meets grants’ learning objectives Researching and designing patient education brochures for nurses to distribute to oncology patients Attending oncology conferences to further knowledge in oncology field
