Daily Duties at Enterprise Rent A Car:
• Maintain communication with employees and key decision makers • Management of all employee timesheets within Region • Develop, conduct, and coordinate training classes for all employees • Organize events and projects including United Way efforts and Open Enrollment plans • Payroll analysis, processing, and administration • Hire, Develop and run Summer Internship Programs including events and training classes • Develop cost efficient plans for the department and the region • Increase college recruiting efforts by developing and maintaining relationships • Qualify, screen and interview potential candidates for Part time and Full time positions • Conduct Exit Interviews and analyze trends • Follow OSHA/OFCCP compliances • Conduct investigations to ensure company policies and procedures are being followed • Track all training and development of all employees within the region • Conduct New Hire Orientation and Benefits Training to all new hires • Prompt Responses to all employee questions & follow ups • Maintain a high level of Time management skills to produce both the Recruiting and HR role within the region • Maintain high level of confidentiality
