Daily Duties at Target:
• Ensure a great place to work for all team members within the store by collaborating with key leaders to help drive recognition and employee morale • Quality Recruitment utilizing all tools such as career fairs, colleges, internet, etc. • Utilization of team first approach to help improve attendance, retention, and increasing within store promotions • Develop, train and coordinate training programs and provide team trainers with the knowledge to develop “best in class” team members • Conduct store investigations to maintain the “open door” culture within the store • Management of HR Team to complete day to day tasks in the store such as payroll, time keeping, fun events, data entry keying for position management and communication to store team • Qualify, screen and interview potential candidates for part time and full time positions within store and district • Ensure Safety, OSHA regulations, and compliance is consistent thru the store and district • Conduct New Hire Orientation to ensure proper communication on company’s policies, procedures, benefits and training • Maintain high level of confidentiality to continue the “open door” culture
