Daily Duties at Axa Equitable:
Provide clients and financial advisors product guidance, investment performance and distribution options available on their annuity. Review contract holder or Financial Advisor escalations and resolve contract rider and/or trade issues. Create illustrations detailing financial impact of potential corrections on annuity contracts. Review pending claims and assist clients in resolving missing requirements to process claims. Performed manual account reconstructions. Respond to distributor inquiries in order to maintain strong distributor relations.
