Daily Duties at Agnes Scott College:
Responsible for the planning and deliver of user services including desktop software & hardware support, help desk operations, and student IT services. Manages and monitors daily operations and services of user services support services technicians, help desk staff and student workers. Prepares service related performance reports, staff performance appraisals and annual reports for the unit. Develops project proposals, plans and budgets for review and approval. Research and provide technology-related purchasing solutions independently and in collaboration with the IT Office Coordinator Responsible for the evolution of User Services strategies and practices to better align with campus community needs, priorities and available resources. Organizes and conducts group and individual training sessions on technology. Serve as member of collaborative IT team that is responsible for overseeing information technology services to the community. Manage software and hardware inventory. Assists in the development of special projects/grants involving computer technologies.
