Daily Duties at Cricket Wireless:

• Provides training in the indirect channel on Point of sale and Billing systems. Merchandise locations with updated promotional materials/brochures/posters, and provides sales coaching for locations throughout the Greater Pittsburgh market. • Responsible for territory: Allegheny, Westmoreland, Fayette, and Washington counties. Weirton, WV and Steubenville, Oh • Locations include privately owned Cricket franchises, Convenience stores, Gas stations, Pharmacies, and national retailers: Wal-Mart, Dollar General, Best Buy, and Target. • Worked with Marketing Manager to run point on “Marketing Special Events” –Sidewalk sales, Community day events, County fairs, etc. Results included added revenue and an expansion of our overall footprint. • Worked with Management and a 3rd party distributor to expand our pre-paid handset line (Pay-Go) through referrals, canvassing, and cold calling. Increased count from 25 to 140+ locations between February 2010-Present April 2006-October 2009 Customer Service and Operations Representative • Placed in privately owned locations to operate as a “store within a store” • Assisted those locations with billing issues, warranty and insurance claims, and technical support on our product line • Responsible for locations inventory control, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures • Kept detailed files via proficient use of Microsoft office tools: Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook September 2005-April 2006 Retail Sales Representative • Worked in Monroeville, Pa location, providing sales and service to customer base. • Held to monthly quotas for handset and accessory sales. Achieved 100% on a consistent basis.
