Daily Duties at Xo Communications:
Started as Senior Account Executive selling T1 systems, integrated T1 systems, Full T1 data, DS3’s, regular lines, long distance service, Intra-lata calls, international services, voice over IP, video conferencing and systems. Was constantly surpassing minimum 150% of monthly quotas since starting with the company. Also responsible for cultivating my own customer base via cold calls to businesses using different techniques such as phone calls, personal visits, referrals and the like. As Senior Account Executive, additional duties were required, such as training new hires, and being used as a constant example in sales meetings of a level of success and professionalism for all others to aspire to. Responsible for generating daily activity reports detailing sales volume and objectives. Looked to as a motivator during training on cold calling and keeping sales confidence at a high level. Regularly achieved bonuses based on performance with the company.
