Managed nursing staff that included 3 LPN’s, 8 CNA’s and 2 med techs. Supervised and ensured care of 4 units that included 120 beds in a nursing home facility. Proficient in scheduling, staffing, writing nursing care plans, nursing assessments, educating new policies to staff.
