Daily Duties at Jp Morgan Chase:

•Integrated 800 systems and applications into Change and Incident Processes with each application manager to create a system to process Incident Tickets properly and transfer them to the appropriate groups for resolution. •Created, enhanced, implemented and updated technical and operational training manuals, course curricula and user guides to facilitate the approval of changes in Change Records within the Enterprise Change Management System by training members of the Corporate Administrative Services group to create Change Records properly and move them from initiation to closure. •Spearheaded the introduction and adoption of Change Management and Peregrine tools to facilitate SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) Act testing by creating procedures and training members of the Retail IT Risk Team to search Change Records and Incident Tickets accurately and precisely across the IT Risk Analysis Group. •Trained and taught Peregrine System, ProdCall and ServiceWare programs, training members within Corporate Administrative Services and Retail over the course of 9 years in a variety of settings, including one-on-one, classroom, conference, and in-house corporate training environments. Consistently directed students and peers to search for answers to questions beyond current business practices. •Analyzed all escalated application issues across production environment, identified potential risks and impacts, and interfaced with global team to ensure resolution met established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). •Analytical problem solver with proven expertise in evaluating, planning, defining and implementing innovative solutions to minimize impact, enhance quality, and ensure optimal uptime of critical systems and services across distributed environments.
