I worked a majority of the time as the departmental administration clerk, purchasing agent, reliability representative, area supervisor and maintenance mechanic. While in this position, I utilized my expertise in procuring the best product for the cost. I Created tables and charts to help in the stabilization of equipment by tracking failure rates. Managed many continuous improvement projects to help increase the company’s production permanence. Ensured department had adequate spares/inventory to ensure upkeep of plant equipment. Presently I am in charge of the rebuilding and maintenance for the equipment to keep the mill running. I ensure that there are adequate spares, and the parts needed for the rebuilding of the equipment.
