Daily Duties at Im Clone Systems Incorporated:
Provide cell biology expertise to research investigators for assay development. Contribute to research studies in virology that utilize cellular imaging and molecular biology techniques. Follow cGMP regulations while assisting the production of Commercial & Clinical products within Cell Culture. Provide support to manufacturing to meet production demands as well as collaborate with members from Quality Control and Quality Assurance. Manage media Addition and Inoculation of Bioreactors as well as the operation and maintenance of Bioreactors, including changing of valve diaphragms. Operate and maintain HMIs and Honeywell recording and standard light microscopes. Maintain laboratory notebooks and electronic records from the automated systems, create excel tables for production analysis, edit and update batch record formatting and data entry and evaluation for cell culture operations. Performed various validation studies.
