Recruited to evaluate and report risk metrics based on 12 operational risk models across more than 60 divisions in the U.S. Europe, and Asia regional offices.  Bolstered current departmental risk models by performing operational risk evaluations and formulating recommendations.  Aligned risk models with current operation methodology by developing and implementing new operational risk models.  Smoothed financial operations by performing financial analysis and resolving operation risks from quarterly balance verification process on more than 2,000 firm accounts.  Automated audit confirm process by leading working group and implementing new system for automation.  Increased value to operations teams by leading risk model evaluations/recommendations, collaborating with peer teams to craft operational risk models, and winning buy-in from division teams. Summer Internship [2007] Chosen to lead two teams of summer analysts on two group projects: system improvement and new derivative products development.  Drafted workflow processes for Audit Confirm team on different types of audit requests.
