• In consultation with site Vice President, operations managers, and respective compliance personnel, prepared annual compliance testing audit program and schedule. • Lead and performed the outsourcing compliance testing audit program. • Designed and approved testing, documentation and compliance testing reports. • Prepared detailed reports on audit findings. • Assisted with the preparation of documentation and provided requested documentation to clients. • Evaluated corrective and preventive action responses to the assessment findings for adequacy, including root cause and timeliness. • Provided project planning support and organizational process development. • Used management process improvement principles (workflow analysis and mapping, six sigma, LEAN) to identify areas of potential operational improvement and provided value-added suggestions for achieving those improvements. • Developed and improved audit processes, procedures, tools, and reporting mechanisms.
