• Elite concierge duties for the CEO, celebrity friends, & associates • Maintained efficient operations of the executive office and utilized expertise of the music industry to furnish management with creative input • Provided administrative support in preparing and distributing written correspondences • Performed general clerical duties such as answering phones, scheduling, and processing expense reports as well as extensive personal assistance to the CEO KEY CONTRIBUTIONS • High end concierge and liaison for President and celebrity roster; responsible for orchestrating all details of daily office life. Coordination of complex travel arrangements, and around the clock availability for issue resolution and needs. A partial list of clients served include: o Blink 182 o Marliyn Manson o Mary J Blige o Ashlee Simpson o Fred Durst
