Including additional travel related needs eg., Ground transportation, security etc. • Collaborate with clients, management, sponsors, and a multitude of outside vendors to strategize innovative marketing techniques • Acquire appropriate licensing and permits, foster all social media, and engineer successful album launches • Act as concierge to accommodate beyond each client’s needs and expectations including delivering recommendations, providing informational services, planning special events, hotel orchestrations, and fundraising • Act as liaison responsible for reviewing and resolving all unforeseen issues from business partners, clients, staff, and administration • Perform financial duties including the handling of expense reports and accounts payable and receivable • New media marketing and web site maintenance, including ecommerce merchandise web site’s for various artists on the roster • Maintain composure and function effectively during high stress situations by making sound decisions, shifting priorities, and meeting commitments KEY CONTRIBUTIONS FOR WORKER’S INSTITUTE • Engineered successful launch of various self-released albums achieving domestic and international success • Discovered untapped digital royalty stream, resulting in additional income for the roster • Collaborated with music supervisors to acquire appropriate licensing for media, tours, and special events resulting in additional income for the roster • Fostered all social media projects to promote talent through a multitude of online outlets and spearhead website production and maintenance
