Provided administrative support for three brokers serving 75 business clients in a sales, leasing, and consulting operation. Assisted primary broker with management of a complex land acquisition project, prepared purchase agreements for 50 homeowners, and supported successful launch of a Class A corporate office center. Researched commercial listings, identified competitive real estate market and tax rates, developed/submitted statistical reports to senior managers, and presented competitive price points and recommendations. Prepared documentation and supported brokers on the rental of 20 to 30 commercial lease spaces, and communicated with clients on lease space availability, status, and rental inclusions. Interfaced with clients in office and conference settings, bridged broker communications, and orchestrated an efficient consultation, lease, and sales process. Provided personal executive support, courier, and concierge services to executives and family members. Monitored broker real estate licenses and continuing education requirements, communicated update information, and assured licensing currency. Sourced/established strategic vendor relationships, researched/recommended office equipment purchases and lease agreements, and secured competitive pricing and terms.
