Daily Duties at Bellagio Resort Hotel & Casino:
Oversaw the daily operations of #1 volume retail gift store in the MGM MIRAGE Company, Tutto which is open 24-hours and (3) other premier Bellagio Hotel owned stores. Responsible for hiring, training and employee development of 4 Assistant Store Managers and 43 sale and stock associates with a combined retail sales volume of $16.0 million dollars per annum. Also managed six other Bellagio owned stores over the years increasing in volume and promotions from 1999 which included the Spa, Salon, Fine Apparel, Shoes Salon, Intimate Apparel Boutique and Moschino Stores.
