Daily Duties at Bostik Inc:

•Responsible for initiation of Human Resources project proposals. •Led cross-functional teams and preparing analyses for the Temecula plant. •Recruited and interviewed candidates for salary and hourly positions. •Managed compensation and payroll activities. •Coordinated the hourly and salaried employee selection process and records participating in all aspects of issues affecting employee relations including one-on-one employee meetings, counseling of supervisors in their employee relations responsibilities and assuring fairness and consistency in the application of company and plant standards and policies. •Recommended changes in compensation, administration of the plant benefit programs; administration of Short and Long Term Disability programs. •Managed the Bostik Corporate self-funded STD program •Managed all Workers’ Compensation claims. •Conducted remote Bench Strength Development training for global personnel. •Responsible for all safety training as well as being the Site Safety Officer.
