Daily Duties at Citibank, N.A. :
Evaluate current performance regarding sustainability and Green initiatives to develop short- and long-term plans that reduce company’s environmental footprint. Direct training, program development, and policy assessment to align business operations with goals and objectives. Leverage expansive knowledge of state and federal guidelines and recommendations for environmentally friendly practices to design and implement innovative processes that shrink waste and increase reusable resources, to include reducing volume of packing materials and boosting recyclable content by 5% as of August 2010. Collaborate with 18K suppliers and vendors to reduce environmental impact by providing incentive to meet standards.
