• Assist customers in purchases, returns, exchange, and customer satisfaction issues. • Merchandising and inventory control management of store operations. • Skilled in cash flow control, book keeping, and store management reporting techniques via formal presentations up to senior management and board members. • Train and mentor new and existing employees in various areas.
