Daily Duties at Presidian:
Development accounting, was responsible for all accounting of development accounts on new projects, compiling and submitting certificates of completion for payment to various financial institutions, worked with project managers, vendors and then associates at locations during start up of new hotel. Management of Hotels, Corporate Controller, manage the accounting office, and all the accounting is done on corporate level for the hotels owned by Presidian and Condominiums managed with HOA's financial reporting monthly, cash flow, budgets.
