Lead team of grants management specialist in pre-award, post-award administration, and reporting for over $300 million in American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funding for Broadband technology, construction, and research laboratory grants sponsored by The National Institutes of Standards and Technology, located in Gaithersburg, MD. Developed quality assurance and data control processes for USASpending.gov and Federal Reporting.gov DOC reports. Provided advice and guidance concerning the full range of grant/agreement determinations; preparation and administration of grants and agreements; interpreting the impact of new laws and regulations; and developing and implementing grants financial management and operating policies and procedures
