Daily Duties at Technology Imaging Services:
Sales / Sales Support Responsibilities included: Customer care point of contact for issues arising during the sales/installation process of nuclear medical devices for 130 major hospital accounts. Provided research on new products and competitive products being sold by our competitors to ensure better product comparison. Conducted follow-up calls to customers on a bi-weekly/monthly basis to refill supply orders and spark interest on new products/offerings. Provided on-going customer support for product knowledge and capabilities in Nuclear Medicine, Nuclear Cardiology and PET.
